All employees of Collection World Group undertake to conduct the business affairs of the company with honesty, courtesy, professionalism and integrity at all times whether in dealings with clients or the general public. With this in mind Collection World Group and its employees and management are dedicated to the following Code of Ethics and Conduct in which we:
Agree to be bound by all State, Territory and Commonwealth laws relating to the operation of a mercantile agency and to adhere to all legislation relating to consumer and Fair Trading practice.
Shall not knowingly violate any of these above laws or any other laws pertaining to our industry.
Shall always strive to uphold the guiding spirit of the company's Statement of Vision, Mission and Principals.
Shall not engage in inappropriate, unethical, dishonest, or unprofessional conduct of any type for any reason.
Shall never deceive or defraud the public or make misrepresentations of any type.
Shall undertake to provide all those services which have been clearly advertised as services by the company in an efficient, effective, professional and responsible manner.
Shall deliver the highest levels of service to our clients at all times and give prompt and diligent attention to all matters received.
Shall always safeguard the brand name, reputation, business relationships and privacy of our clients while prioritising their interests above our own.
Shall safeguard and secure client monies in a separate trust account into which monies rightfully belonging to clients shall be deposited.
Shall deliver timely, accurate and clear reporting to clients at all times as specified or as requested.
Shall maintain an appropriate and efficient dispute resolution mechanism and act quickly in such matters.
Shall deal quickly and fairly with any complaints that are brought to our attention.
Shall show genuine consideration for debtors' problems and deal with them in a helpful manner according to the merits and circumstances of their individual cases.
Shall take every step reasonable to enable the debtor to resolve their financial responsibilities.
Shall never discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, colour, gender, disability, marital status, ethnic origin or nationality while performing our duties on behalf of the company.
Shall never engage in conduct that may intimidate, discriminate, humiliate, abuse or harass any fellow employee.
