Litigation Recovery Services

There are some instances where litigation may be the only remaining option for debt recovery. Collection World Group will only take this action when all of the following three criteria are met:

  • The Client has given full authority.
  • The Client is made aware of costs that may be incurred, noting that most costs are recoverable.
  • Collection World Group has confirmed through its investigative techniques that the debtor has the means to satisfy the debt.

SKIP TRACING
The work involved in locating debtors who have skipped or relocated is strictly regulated. Collection World Group staff are thoroughly trained in the compliance and legal requirements of this activity. Ongoing training and monitoring of staff procedure and performance ensures maximum effectiveness and compliance is achieved.

Collection World Group has access to a wide range of database search services from which it draws information to assist in the recovery/skip tracing process.

Coupled with this database access is a team of experienced staff specifically trained for this function and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Privacy Act, ensuring that all information is handled and treated in accordance with legislative requirements.

FIELD CALLS AND PROCESS SERVING
As part of the skip tracing/location investigation process Collection World Group can utilise the services of in-house and/or contracted licensed field agents. Strict compliance and behaviour regulations and protocol guide activities in line with community standards and expectations.

These professional field agents are also engaged to serve legal and other documents upon request.
