Collection and Storage
In order for the company to provide professional debt management and related services Collection World Group currently collects and stores information made available by its clients and provided by other sources. This information could relate to non-payment for the supply of goods and/or services supplied by our clients to various persons, businesses and/or corporations. To provide our services, we are supplied by our clients with personal information, which for example, may include an individuals name, address, telephone number or e-mail address and date of birth.
We take strict measures to protect the personal information we collect to avoid unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also take measures to destroy personal information when it is no longer required. Strict security measures have been implemented to ensure your personal information remains safe and confidential.

Use of Personal Information
Personal information is any form of information about you, whether accurate or not, that identifies you, or is information by which your identity can be reasonably determined.
Personal information provided to and sought by us is used exclusively to carry out the debt management or collection (and any related) services requested by a creditor provider or client.

Access to your Personal Information
You are entitled to access any personal information that we hold about you, except in certain circumstances set out in the National Privacy Principles.
To request your Personal Information, you need to apply in writing supplying enough particulars so that we can be sure that the information about you is provided to you.
Please provide:

• Your full name
• Your current residential address (and previous address/s if you have moved in the last five years)
• Your date of birth
• Your driver's licence number
• A daytime telephone number
• Your signature
